Does the Team Valiants Membership include a Season Ticket?

Why do the packages no longer include Season Tickets?
Following supporter feedback, we have removed the automatic allocation of a season ticket as part of Team Valiants packages.
Many Junior Valiants have indicated that they have attended fewer than 10 home league fixtures in the 2022/23 season to date, however, they were allocated a seat for every fixture, which has led to some stands being at maximum capacity despite there evidently being seats available.
As per the 2022/23 season, match tickets will be free for Under 12s on a match-by-basis too, so for example, if you wish to select your games, Under 12s match tickets will remain free with a full-paying 18+ match ticket.
Does this mean you are not making a Season Ticket offer to junior supporters?
We have FREE* Under 12 Season Tickets available in the Hamil Road Stand, while Under 12 Season Tickets are priced at £30 (£1.30 per game for one child) in the Railway Paddock / Stand for up to (and including) four Under 12s*.
Unfortunately, multiple Under 12 Season Tickets cannot currently be claimed in the same transaction online and this must be done in person at the Ticket Office or by calling 01782 655821.

I currently have a Season Ticket for a Junior Valiant. Can I keep this seat?
Yes, if you sit in the Railway Paddock/Stand and the Lorne Street Stand, you can renew your existing seat(s) for £30 (total – including up to four Under 12s), if you renew before the end of the second price window on Friday 30th June.
At this point, when the Full Price Window opens on 1 July, all remaining seats will be available for general sale.
Junior Valiant Season Ticket Holders in the Bycars Stand, have had a priority access to seats in the Hamil Road Stand, where Under 12 Season Tickets are FREE.
Does a Team Valiants Membership give me priority to away fixtures like 1876 Members?
No, Team Valiants is not a priority ticketing benefit. Team Valiants is a membership for junior supporters, which also includes a 2023/24 replica home shirt.
When do Team Valiants Memberships go on sale?
We anticipate memberships will go on sale in May and will communicate to supporters via the club website, email* and social media when memberships are on sale.

When will I get my replica home shirt?
We will communicate shirt availability to supporters via the club website, email and social media.
The dates when members of Team Valiants will receive their shirts will be following the release of shirts in the summer.
Do the two free match tickets for a Team Valiants dedicated fixture include an adult ticket or are they free junior tickets only?
Yes, the two free tickets for the dedicated Team Valiants fixture include one ticket for the Team Valiants member and one further ticket for any other age category.
What is the minimum of age of entry for junior supporters on their own?
The minimum age of entry to fixtures at Vale Park without a responsible adult is 14 years old. Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
What is the difference between the three memberships? They all look similar?
The membership benefits are similar in this first season of the revamped Team Valiants packages. However, we will consult with Team Valiants members throughout the season and tailor each offering moving forward for the respective groups: Baby Valiants (0-4 Years), Mini Valiants (5-12 Years) and Teen Valiants (13-16 Years).
Each Team Valiant will also receive a Birthday Card and Fixture Card tailored to their respective age category.
Equally, the listed benefits will be tailored to each age group to ensure an appropriate experience for each age category.
